LAW AND ORDER, UNTIL IT’S ONE OF OUR GUYS

Barron Trump has found himself in the news after Democratic Rep. Yassamin Ansari called for an investigation into reported communications between Barron and Andrew Tate, as reports claim Barron admired Tate and has communicated with him about the legal trouble surrounding him.

The more I look at Barron Trump, the more he looks like he’s about to hand me a pamphlet about pre-planning my funeral with an unbeatable cremation package since I swear he’s been wearing the same black suit since seventh grade.

Ok, back on topic.

The bigger story here is the strange relationship between MAGA, the manosphere, and the concept of law and order. These people absolutely love law and order when it’s being applied to somebody they don’t like, but when one of their own gets investigated, suddenly they become the ACLU.

Andrew and Tristan Tate are currently fighting extradition to the United Kingdom, where they face dozens of serious charges involving alleged rape, assault and sex trafficking. They deny the allegations, and the White House says it will not interfere with the extradition process, which is good, but it’s wild that it’s come to the point where they actually have to make such an announcement, which is totally fucked up.

We watched the same thing happen with the Epstein files. MAGA spent years demanding that everything be released, right up until Trump started calling the controversy a hoax and attacking his own supporters for continuing to ask questions. Suddenly, MAGA wearing the shoot your local pedophile shirt became a conflict of interest with the Let’s Go Brandon sticker on the back of their pickup truck.

Law and order cannot depend on whose name appears in the investigation. If your position changes the moment the allegations involve someone on your team, you don’t believe in law and order; you believe in protecting your own.

Barron may look like a funeral director, but MAGA is the group constantly trying to bury accountability when it comes to one of their own.
