THE BLACK CROWES DROP NEW MUSIC VIDEO AHEAD OF MARCH ALBUM RELEASE

The Black Crowes are back at it again. Their new album, A Pound of Feathers, drops March 13, 2026, and it’ll be their second studio release in two years after that long gap between new records. After releasing two singles, “Profane Prophecy” and “Pharmacy Chronicles”, on January 9, 2026, they followed up with the “Profane Prophecy” music video, which dropped this morning. So far, I’m impressed, and they’ve got me hopeful they can capture the same magic as Happiness Bastards, which earned a Best Rock Album Grammy nomination.

Since A Pound of Feathers will be the Black Crowes’ 10th studio album of new music, I figured now’s the perfect time to rank the previous nine. Here’s where I’m at right now:
